Funds Raised for Children with Life-Threatening Illnesses
New York, NY - Friends of Karen is hosting its 8th Annual Evening at Tribeca Rooftop on Tuesday, August 3th at 6:30 p.m. at 2 Desbrosses Street in New York. An elegant evening of music, a magnificent menu, wonderful waterviews and a spectacular sunset will highlight the event which honors Gene Kurzrok and his son, Howard Kurzrok, both longtime supporters of the organization.

Mount Sinai, NY - The 3rd Annual Devlin Football Camp again welcomed Friends of Karen as its primary charity with a considerable portion of its proceeds going to the organization that provides support to families with children diagnosed with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

Hundreds of Children receive toys and gifts through the Holiday Adopt-A-Family Program
The Holiday Adopt-A-Family Program is in full swing at Friends of Karen in Purdys, New York – where toys, books, clothing, and gift cards were carefully packed and shipped to over 768 seriously ill children and their siblings who live in the New York tri-state area.
