Sibling Support

• The Children’s Hope Chest funded 3 workshops for siblings in which they created a sibling quilt (pictured above). They met with an expressive arts therapist and designed personal quilt squares. 
• Volunteers of the Northern Star Quilters Guild pieced the distinctive squares together and the children presented the quilt to their parents at the final workshop.
• Danny's Fund for Brothers and Sisters is transforming Friends of Karen’s capacity to help siblings. Named in memory of Danny O’Brien, this special fund is underwriting the Friends of Karen sibling support program.
