Trish writes about food at and films cooking videos for her Honeypie’s Recipes YouTube channel. Trish recently authored an ice cream cookbook, Endless Summer: 54 Quick and Creative Ice Cream and Dessert Recipes (Zoku LLC, 2014); and a children’s picture book, Scrambled Eggs (AuthorHouse, 2014). Trish earned a Culinary Arts diploma from The Institute of Culinary Education and an MA in Food Studies from NYU’s Department of Nutrition, Food Studies & Public Health. She remained at NYU for another 10 years as an adjunct instructor. Trish is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and a Certified Culinary Professional (CCP). Trish lives in CT with her husband and their little red Miniature Pinscher. She has two adult daughters and enjoys reading, swimming, hiking, traveling and entertaining.
