Janet Morley is a seasoned public finance professional with more than 35 years of experience working with municipal, nonprofit, and healthcare issuers. She currently serves as a Senior Vice President and SEC-registered Municipal Advisor at Capital Markets Advisors, LLC, where she structures bond, note, and lease transactions and provides strategic financial guidance to tax-exempt clients. Over the course of her career, Janet has held senior roles at leading financial institutions and has developed deep expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, and complex financial structuring. She has also been actively involved in local initiatives, including serving on the Town of North Castle’s Budget and Finance Advisory Task Force.

A longtime resident of Westchester County, Janet and her husband are now empty nesters. Having raised three children, Janet understands the vital role of community in supporting families and is committed to advancing the mission of organizations like Friends of Karen that provide critical assistance to children facing serious illness.

In her free time, Janet enjoys traveling, playing Mah Jongg, and working on her (limited) golf game.
