Richard Sgaglio

Richard Sgaglio is a marketing and development consultant with more than 25 years of experience, He enjoys supporting organizations like Friends of Karen that are providing important services. While living in Nevada for a decade, he was co-founder of The Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth. It’s an organization that helps young people living on the streets by providing food, clothing and shelter.

Richard is also a huge animal lover who supports local shelters as well as national efforts to rescue animals that have been orphaned through natural disasters. He believes that adopting a rescue animal may not change the world but it definitely changes that animal’s world.

Richard and his husband, Bill live in North Salem with their two rescue dogs, Cammy and Scooter. In addition to his consulting work, he is an adjunct faculty member at Purdue University and an author of a textbook and a soon to be published novel called “When the Road Narrows.”
