Board Member

Francisco Barrenechea has been a board member of Friends of Karen since 2017 and currently serves as finance committee chair. Francisco is a Director at West U Capital, where he focuses on a variety of intellectual property-based investments. He previously worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Originally from Mexico, Francisco holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tec de Monterrey and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, skiing, reading, and traveling.
